Shipping

We ship using USPS and UPS. You will automatically receive tracking information once your order has been placed.

Orders generally ship within 14 business days of being placed unless otherwise discussed.

International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government in addition to the shipping fees we charge. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees, the amount that may be charged, or how long the package will be detained in customs: this is determined by the recipient’s country.

Returns + Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at info@cavepaper.com. We will gladly discuss an exchange or reimbursement for your purchase on a case by case basis. We want you to love your paper!

We cannot accept returns on custom orders.

We pack our orders carefully, but if yours arrives damaged or with anything missing please contact us immediately at info@cavepaper.com, and keep all boxes and packing materials for inspection. In general, damaged packages are the responsibility of the carrier, and the claim must originate from the receiver.
